Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of a vehicle transfer service ("Service") between you and Compass Tours Limited trading as Compass Despatch Completion of the booking form and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the Terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

1 - Definitions

"Compass Despatch" or "we" means Compass Tours Limited (Company Number 08368144 ) whose registered office is at 23-28 Penn Street, London N1 5DL & "you" means any individual, company or other type of establishment who places a booking with us

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Compass Despatch as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than [12 hours] prior to the time of booking will result in a full refund. Cancellations made less than [12 hours] prior to the time of booking will not be refunded but can still be changed for another date/time at no extra cost until 3 hours before the booking time, after which the fare paid will be retained to cover losses. Booking and cancelling on the same day will incur a minimum charge of [£10.00]

Compass Despatch will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or by any passenger in your party and will ask all passengers to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through the hire.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with English law and you and Compass Despatch each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
